¶ Breach Government 
Breach Target. Insert any damage to attempt to breach the government during the time limit. If you are successful, you will receive Government Intel. Successfully breaching the government at its maximum threat level will also raise its maximum threat level, increasing difficulty and rewards.
This Breach Target is unlocked through the Research Tree. Government targets have scaling health based on threat level and is comprised of 50:50 - Firewall:Breach Health, 50% of its total health coming from Firewall.
Breach Government has a base breach time of 5 seconds and can be increased with Hacking Upgrades and Portal upgrades.
Government Intel can be used to purchase upgrades increasing research yields and research speed.
Failed attempts yeilds no reward.
